Loved the ability to lay by the pool or alternatively relax under a tree on the beach. The only problem was people were leaving towels all day on the banana lounges when they wernt there. I think there should be a time limit for people reserving the beach chairs if they are not there.

The location is stunning, hotel a little tired, but they were renovating the hotel while we were there. Not complaining about the condition, but mentioning. The staff are all amazing, but one was above and beyond exceptional Oka, the roller scatting waiter by the pool, positive, happy and so helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the garden. We have stayed here before and will be coming back next year with our children and grandchildren.

We had a deluxe room on 1st floor in Kresna wing overlooking the garden area. Extra large bed and the linen luxurious. The pool area for us is the best in Sanur. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Hady, Cinta, Wayhu, in the daytime pool area service outstanding. The staff at breakfast and Bamboo bar. All so friendly smiling and efficient... 3rd stay here but have used the pool facilities etc many times before pre covid etc.

Such a lovely setting and the hotel employs a lot of staff to keep it looking good and running smoothly. The rooms are comfortable, beds are big and towels are fluffy. There are toiletries and slippers. There’s space to dry swimwear on the balcony. The loungers are comfortable and there’s loads in the shade by the beach. The beach is lovely and there’s a sea breeze. The breakfast is marvellous, with loads of choice and it’s a great start to the day. You can ask them to play gamelan music. (There used to be a person playing live gamelan but that seems to have stopped.) The hotel entertainment is good but not extensive, and the beach bar is fun.

A very big and well-maintained hotel complex right on Sanur Beach. Huge pool with usual folks bagging their spots at dawn which is always annoying but still managed to find a sunbed each time. There is a separate children's pool and kids play area well away from the big adult's pool which is brilliant for both groups. We were upgraded into Sea View suite rooms which was a huge bonus - thank you so much! Their dinner restaurant actually had the best food in the area. Only a few dollars more than lots of places close by, but far better quality produce and far superior flavours, so we ended up eating at their main nighttime dinner restaurant every night, and was surprised that more hotel guests didn't catch on! Breakfast in the big breakfast restaurant area was very nice with lots of options and pleasant. From reception to housekeeping - the hotel staff were uniformly lovely, helpful and professional. Also great to have lots of guests from Java and other Asian countries as well as people Australia and Europe. Much more interesting mix!!! Sanur generally, and this hotel definitely suits more discerning middle aged and older travellers and families, much more than younger people and others, who want to party all night and thank god for that!

Nice hotel on the beach. The rooms are large and comfortable. Two large pools that are not too busy. Direct access to the beach with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, local and international food. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. We’ve read some negative comments before booking but honestly it was very nice and the perfect end to our 3 weeks trip to Bali. For the price we paid it met all our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Perfect location right on the beach but also within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods and some even cooked fresh for you by the chefs on hand. Lovely couple of restaurants at the hotel which are along the beach walkway. Rooms are spacious, quiet with comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel for families with young children and teens.

Upon check in we were upgraded to a club suite , we originally booked a club room. Our room was spacious and extremely clean . There is ongoing maintenance and the gardens being attended to daily being revitalised. spa was excellent and highly recommended
